The evidence layer for injury claims on industrial and construction sites.

When an injury becomes a claim two years later, the question is what your records can actually show. BuildFol seals native records as they are created and connected records when received — each with its source, its timing, and what was done about it — so the record is preserved before you need it.

Pre-launch. None of the above is generally available today — BuildFol is in development and accepting early-access requests. Jurisdiction-specific legal frameworks are counsel-validated before they ship; none has completed validation yet.

Works with the systems you already run

Most field documentation already happens somewhere — Procore, an EHS platform, a qualification network. BuildFol reads those records rather than asking your crews to do the work twice. Where a system already captures something adequately, we integrate it. Native capture is the fallback, not the default.

02

Seals records with their provenance

Every record carries where it came from and how it arrived: captured in BuildFol, synced and integrity-sealed from a connected system, or imported. These are distinct provenance states, and BuildFol keeps them distinct. What weight any of them carries is a question for counsel and a forum, not for a platform.

03

Reconstructs the claim, years later

A source-linked chronology of what the records document — what was recorded beforehand, who was notified, what was decided, what was done, and what later records corroborate or contradict — assembled from records that existed at the time. Including what is missing, stated with the scope that was searched.

No scores. No predictions. No ratings.

BuildFol does not score your contractors, rate your defensibility, or predict which conditions will become claims. It reports what the records say and what can be counted from them. Every characterization a platform invents can create discoverable material — so we don't create them.

General and industrial contractors

Consistent documentation across projects, crews, and turnarounds, without replacing what already works.

Facility owners

Visibility into contractor documentation and response activity across your sites, and the multi-employer record that supports review of documented multi-employer roles.

Risk and legal teams

The record set that supports the response to a claim, assembled from evidence rather than reconstructed from memory.
